To enrol your child at Withcott State School, download the forms below and contact us to request an enrolment interview. Please bring completed forms for each child to your enrolment interview. Proof of date of birth (e.g. birth certificate) will be required for enrolment.

In most circumstances, we defer enrolments for at least one day to allow for all necessary arrangements for the best placement of your child to be made. This could take longer for children who may have special educational needs.
A child enrolling from interstate will be located into a year level as close as compatible to their interstate schooling experience, ability and age. The process will occur as part of the enrolment process.
